Testo sul mio studio: Elementale
Ho sempre cercato
un luogo, una nicchia
dentro la terra,
dove poter ammirare
le stelle che dipingevo nel buio.
La terra ha un valore ancestrale
quanto l’ombra delle foglie
che la ricoprono.
In nome delle forze Celesti,
ho santificato il mio studio
per creare un’oasi di pace narcotica.
Un ibrido tra un salotto culturale dell’800
e un tempio Tibetano,
dove ogni elemento dialoga in armonia.
L’odore del liquido acre
dello sviluppo fotografico
si mischia con le fragranze
del tè bianco dello Yunnan,
che pronto,
scivola nelle tazzine
ancora caldo e fumante.
I rumori sono lontani.
Quando entro nel mio studio,
sento di tuffarmi dentro me stesso,
in una sorta di loop catartico.
Una soglia liminale,
un passaggio di coscienza.
Trovo forza nel varcare qualcosa.
Mi tolgo le scarpe.
Entro a contatto con il legno bianco,
che si connette
e riassume tutto il resto.
Federico Montaresi, conosciuto come Trasparente, è un ricercatore interdisciplinare nato nel Golfo dei Poeti. Il suo lavoro esplora la trasparenza corporea, rivelando l’essenza umana senza filtri. Attraverso l’uso di video, installazioni e fotografia istantanea, sfida le percezioni convenzionali eliminando gli strati imposti dal tempo, dall’esperienza e dalla società. Laureato all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera e alla 中国美术学院, ha esposto le sue opere in Francia, Regno Unito, Cina, Giappone, Emirati Arabi Uniti, Brasile, Stati Uniti, Taiwan e Svizzera. Il progetto Trasparente distrugge il concetto tradizionale di artista, sostituendolo con quello di Cercatore della Forza nelle Cose, dedicandosi a svelare il potere latente nell’ordinario. Attualmente vive tra Italia e Cina, insegnando Video Digitale e Nuovi Media in cinese mandarino per diverse associazioni culturali.

Text about my study: Elemental
I have always sought
a place, a niche
inside the earth
where I could admire
the stars I painted in the dark.
The earth has an ancestral value
as much as the shadow of the leaves
that cover it.
In the name of celestial forces
I sanctified my studio
to create an oasis of narcotic peace.
A hybrid between a 19th-century cultural salon
and a Tibetan temple,
where each element dialogues in harmony.
The smell of the acrid liquid
of photographic development
mingles with the fragrances
of the white tea of Yunnan,
which ready
slides into the cups
still steaming hot.
The noises are far away.
When I enter my studio,
I feel myself diving into myself
in a kind of cathartic loop.
A liminal threshold,
a passage of consciousness.
I find strength in crossing something.
I take off my shoes.
I make contact with white wood,
which connects
and sums up everything else.
Federico Montaresi, known as Trasparente, is an interdisciplinary researcher born in the Gulf of Poets. His work explores bodily transparency, revealing the human essence without filters. Through the use of video, installations and instant photography, he challenges conventional perceptions by removing the layers imposed by time, experience and society. A graduate of the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and 中国美术学院, he has exhibited his works in France, the UK, China, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, the USA, Taiwan and Switzerland. The Transparent project destroys the traditional concept of the artist, replacing it with that of the Seeker of the Force in Things, dedicating himself to revealing the latent power in the ordinary. He currently lives between Italy and China, teaching Digital Video and New Media in Mandarin Chinese for several cultural associations.
