Ho sempre sentito il bisogno di continuità fra spazi di vita quotidiana e spazi creativi cercando di tenere molto accostati i due ambiti. Da qualche anno invece questi spazi li ho volutamente separati. Lo studio la notte riposa a distanza insieme ai suoi oggetti, alle sue cose. Di giorno poi, nei suoi ambienti le presenze si rianimano e spesso gli oggetti, le forme, gli utensili, lasciati anche per molto tempo inattivi, si trasformano in attori di messe in scena effimere e temporanee. Installazioni a scomparsa, così le chiamo.

I have always felt the need for continuity between everyday life spaces and creative spaces, trying to keep the two areas very close together. For the past few years, however, I have deliberately separated these spaces. At night the studio rests at a distance with its objects, its things. Then, during the day, the presences in the studio come back to life and often the objects, forms, and utensils, even if left inactive for a long time, are transformed into actors in ephemeral and temporary productions. Disappearing installations, that’s what I call them.
